Progress has been slow on preparations for the forthcoming Cape to Cape event in May. The Driver has been occupied in part in putting together the talk to the Alresford Allsorts Motor Club on the subject of Prague to the Pyrenees – via Mongolia and Monte Carlo.

Which cape to which cape? The answer proved to be Cabo Penas to Cap Ferrat. As these are, respectively, the extreme northwestern corner of the Iberian peninsular, and the dune de Pilat to the north of Biarritz, via the best parts of the Pyrenees, this was a “must” for the Morgan’s next outing.
